Über die Autorin
Die Ärztin Mary T. Newport ist Gründerin und medizinische Leiterin der Intensivstation für Neugeborene am Spring Hill Regional Hospital in Florida. Im Jahre 2000 zeigten sich bei ihrem damals 50-jährigen Ehemann Symptome der Alzheimerkrankheit. Seit 2004 befasst sie sich intensiv mit dieser Krankheit. 2008 entdeckte sie die erstaunliche Verbesserung der Symptomatik durch mittelkettige Fettsäuren bei ihrem Mann. Bald darauf veröffentlichte sie einen Artikel über ihre Erfahrungen; dieser wurde über das Internet weltweit verbreitet. 2010 wurde Mary Newport daraufhin eingeladen, bei der Alzheimer’s Disease International Conference dazu zu referieren.

I have been using Dr. Goerg coconut oil for over a year now (previously bought in a health food shop) and its taste is simply unbeatable. When you consider the purity of the product as well, I enjoy it almost every day with a clear conscience. But the absolute best thing for me is the neutral coconut oil! Whether for frying, baking, cooking or as a spread... And since coconut oil does not break down at high temperatures like other oils, it is the ideal companion for almost everything. This with a neutral taste is TOP.

I love coconut oil! It's so versatile in the kitchen and for personal care! I use it on my hair – massage it in at night and rinse it out in the morning – and my hair is now really soft and hardly ever greasy!!! I'm totally sold on coconut oil!
